VCBA Vietnamese Language Club - Opening Ceremony

VCBA was honored to successfully host the Opening Ceremony of the Vietnamese Language Club last Saturday, marking an important milestone in our shared journey to preserve and pass on Vietnamese language and culture to the next generation.

VCBA would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all members, families, and invitees who attended and contributed to the warm and meaningful atmosphere of the event.

We are especially grateful for the presence and support from Vietnam of:
Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – Chairman of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese
Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung – Former Consul General of Vietnam in Vancouver; Chair of the VCBA Advisory Council
And all members of VCBA’s Executive Board from Vietnam and Canada



Most importantly, we thank all the children who joined us - your curiosity, smiles, and enthusiasm truly brought the Vietnamese Language Club to life.

The Vietnamese Language Club is designed to be more than a language class. It is a safe and nurturing space where children can learn Vietnamese while developing cultural pride, identity, and a strong sense of belonging within the Vietnamese community in Canada.

Schedule: Every Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Location: VCBA Office – #240, 1190 Melville St., Vancouver, BC
